Customer recently replaced the air filters for each unit. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, including the auxiliary heat strips and all are within specification. I operated the units on second stage heating mode and measured heat of extraction for each unit which is right at 50,000 btu/hr which is slightly better than printed data. I pressurized each ground loop to 65psi. Both units are operating normal. I gave the customer an estimate to install a humidifier on unit #2, which serves the downstairs area. I also noticed that neither electrical panel has any form of surge protection and highly recommended adding whole house surge protectors to each of the 2 main electrical panels.

Fall pm 10/17/19 on arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked filters and replaced units operating normal at this time.
When I arrived I checked furnace and filter and sure it as in correctly with arrow showing towards unit. This furnace has two places to install filter all ok. Customer sign up for membership for one year and would like for us to come back out 10/03/19 & 12/3/19
Up on arrival found system low on charge, put one pound of 410A , unit operating normal at this time. Customer declined leak check and repair. We recommended to replace system.
Service call on 08/13/19 On arrival set units to call for cooling checked condenser unit outdoor found error codes on comfort alert #1 long running compressor checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked compressor capacitor checked coil reset the unit from mean breaker tested checked amps for compressor checked pressure and temp and they are ideal indicating zero leaks measured subcooling and superheat measured supply and return air temp stayed for 30 minutes unit operating normal at this time. Collected $105.40 for diagnostic fee and $50.15 for dispatch fee total $155.55 On C.C
I replaced both loop pumps on the unit that serves the upstairs. Both pumps were locked up. Tested the unit for normal operation. I replaced the EZ trap on the main level unit. It was leaking at a joint that could not be glued again. Unit operating normal. I let the customer know that I was finished and that they could turn the unit back on to cooling.
Replaced blower motor that was constantly shutting system off with error 41 with new motor. Tested system by cycling at thermostat and took amp readings on motor. New motor functioning properly.
On arrival found unit locked on e2 high pressure.found bad pumps .also found the other unit leaking of ez trap .need to order 2 geo link pumps and an ez trap and a 3/4 pvc drain bib .upstairs unit not operating at this time .
on arrival found system running normal, talked to tech support and was instructed to disconnect all wiring harness connections, inspect to ensure no pins bent and making good connections. If the same error code, error 41 blower motor fault, were to come back then motor should be replaced, modulating control in motor is bad. I disconnected and inspected all wiring harnesses and all are making good connections. System running now and no fault since reconnecting. If fault comes back then told customer to call so we know to order new blower motor.
Warranty call On Arrival set the unit call for cooling I see error code on thermostat E41 blower motor fault I checked the blower motor checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps ECM motor operating normal I reset the the unit the error code is gone from the thermostat measured supply and return air temp. Unit tested unit operating normal at this time if customer see that error codes again we have to call tech support to find out what the problem is. No payment collected
Configure the zones correctly with the guidance of Water Furnace technical support. With Water Furnace tech support on the phone, I restored factory defaults to the master stat. I then added 3 zones, configured their priority and size. I set up staging. I set the damper to 2 wire. Once everything was configured correctly I confirmed that the zone board, zone stats and zone dampers were all working properly. The customer and I set up some scheduling, but the customer is adept at modifying the schedule for the zones if changes need to be made. In short, neither myself nor W.F. have any explanation for how these changes were programmed into the master stat. These configurations are permanent and unless intentionally changed will continue to operate as designed. Unit operating normal. All zones are operating normal.
Upon arrival both systems operating, downstairs unit starting to have a hard time due to dirty evaporator coil, suggest cleaning. Upstairs unit also struggling on arrival from dirty filter, replaced filter and operating better. Upon inspection upstairs found return ductwork dirty, suggest cleaning service. Also suggested to customer possibly having whole house done since ductwork has never been clean.

Found transformer fuse popped . Search for low voltage short and found that it was in the heat pump . Removed cover to heat pump and found dead mice fried on the capacitor and contactor . There is shorts in the wires that I can identify . The electrical components all need to be replaced including fan motor . Compressor pumps but is extremely loud and shakes unit . Could have possible damage . I would recommended replacing unit due to cost of all the repairs . Gave quote to replace all damaged parts .
