Good service. Diagnosed and explained what could and could not be done (valve in basement ceiling not fully shutting off to outdoor faucet). Hoped he could replace turn valve with lever-ball valve, but old galvanized steel pipes were too fragile. So we agreed that he should just replace washer, and leak seems to be resolved for now. However, I did not receive a paper or electronic receipt as yet. I would like to receive an itemized receipt please, especially as the price was considerably higher than I expected.

Found out some stuff about my heating and cooling system that was very important.
Camera line from shower to pit. Found toilet backed up which lead to the problem to be with the injector pump not functional and not pumping out the water from the injector pit.
On arrival removed broken igniter ,I then installed new igniter .tested system .unit operating normal
On Arrival found system not operating,found bad igniter .i tried using the one have but did not fit .need to order an igniter .
Replace pitted sections of 2â€ copper piping. Will need three 2â€ tees replaced and three 90â€™s(elbow). 5 ft of copper piping needed to be repaired when cutting out the old copper piping.
Upon arrival customer explained that the heat has started working again so she doesnâ€™t need service on the furnace. I spoke with office and was informed that she may have a refrigerant leak because our installers pressurized with nitrogen and found they were losing pressure. First I opened valves to create more pressure in system. Then I went indoor to evap coil and checked with electronic leak detector. Found quickly that the only leak was at txv flare nut. Tightened nut then verified no other leaks. Used bubble soap to show customer where leak was. I did not add nitrogen to the system because pressure was already in lines. Informed customer of charges to remove nitrogen, vacuum system down, and refill with 410a but she declined. Said she may have warranty from installing company. Sending quote to repair via email.
replace mixing valve on hand washing station left side of garage Replaced mixing valve cartridge and flipped valve to correct position ,tested all working properly . Checked other sink across garage same issue flipped vale to correct position,but did not have cartridge to repair
Upon arrival I went to thermostat and changed settings to allow for ac operation. Once changed I called for ac and went to roof. System running normally so I measured delta air temps at air vents. Also answered any questions customer may have. Unit operating normal at this time.
Helped Marc hook up a sewer
Repair a section of pvc and cast on main sewer line it has a leak where they just stuck in the pvc into the cast iron hub with no furnco or shear band present either. Will cut out cast iron tee and reconnect to pvc and shear band and furnco when we connect back to the Cast iron. The shear band is to prevent from pipes from shearing away from each other. Which can cause leaks and back ups on plumbing drain system.
Up on arrival for no heat call on 01/23/2020 found system was getting low voltage checked disconnect box found 1 pole fuse 200amp is not getting anything , missing one leg of power. Customer requests all 3 new pole fuses.
Came by to address issue with toilet not draining. Upon arrival found toilet clogged. I snaked the toilet and was able to clear the debri inside the toilet which was causing the clog at the toilet.
Service call on 01/23/20 on arrival set unit to call for heat is running for 15 miles and cut off set checked electrical wires checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked air filter checked safety checked all other electrical connections in door unit checked condenser unit outdoor checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked coil checked the compressor checked compressor capacitor everything is will I open the indoor unit air handler door and set the unit call for emergency heat put my meter if is the amps going more then normal I checked doesnâ€™t go more the 17.60 amps also I set the unit heat unit is running is not cut off I see the breaker is tight when close the door it may make the problem I suggested to replacing the unit breaker and make more space open to the door I explained the customer he is going to wait if is the breaker cut off and he will call us back to order the breaker unit operating normal at this time. Collected $213 for evalu

Service call on 01/22/20 On arrival set unit to call for heat nothing is comes on checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked blower capacitor checked bord checked 24v checked safety checked all other electrical connections I found the thermostat is bad I gave quote for customer also customer gate special discount by Denny replace the thermostat with T4 PRO rewire all low voltage thermostat wires start up and unit began operating but the blower motor is gate hot tested multiple times still the motor buzzing and over heat I explained the customer what happened to the blower motor and I suggested to replacing it customer she is going find the people installed the furnace bc the furnace 2 years old and she think is everything covered by warranty. Collected $291 for thermostat repair on C.C. Also I put fallow up form if we can find the parts under warranty or not and verify to the customer. THERMOSTAT REPLACEMENT

Up on arrival for no heat call on 01/21/2020 found system wouldnâ€™t maintain flame . Found faulty flame sensor. Present to customer. Customer approved repairs. Installed new flame sensor, tested system for operation. System operating normal at this time.
Replaced capacitor and transformer unit tested unit In heat test mode verified proper operation. heating properly. Job complete.
Fall pm on 01/21/20 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked boiler water temp water pressure checked all other electrical connections unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Recommended for air conditioning unit Ez trap installation and Uv lights installation also single or hole house surge protector to avoid future problems.
Snaked laundry tub from clean out Found 40 pounds of wipes and paper towels
Gave estimate for repairing a section of sewer main in basement to be repaired due to it not having a proper connection between the two intersecting pipes. Pvc is just shoved inside the cast iron piping with no furnco or shear band present.
Up on arrival to do start up found system already working. Customer said that duct work people turned system on . Checked system, checked all electrical components. Took delta T . System operating normal at this time. Customer requests estimate for plumbing work . Needs plumber.
I called Noritz tech support to ascertain the fault code 92. The neutralizer cartridge is completely spent on the unit on the left side and the unit will not operate. Customer wants to replace both units cartridges at the same time. I listed the part number and distributors number in the notes section. I completed a commercial estimate and a customer follow up form.
Up on arrival for no pilot on 01/20/2020. Found pilot would not stay on . Tried to test with new thermocouple and still nothing. Need to replace faulty gas valve.

Service call on 01/17/20 on arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked blower motor is running but is has buzzing noise also blower motor wheel is a lot of dust I suggested to replacing direct blower motor with blower belt and blower wheel I gave quote for customer also I explained to replacing the unit the unit is very old made 1970 also never service customer he like to gate estimate for replacement I scheduled the customer for next week to get estimate Collected $89 for evaluation fee on Cash diagnostic fee waived by Darlene.
Service call on 01/17/20 set unit to call for heat inducer is running but is not glowing checked electrical connections checked blower motor checked coil checked drain pipe checked heat exchanger checked burner checked filter checked safety I found the roll out switch is tripped reset the roll out switch start up unit running normal is running for 10 minutes and is going back off checked electrical wires checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked flue pipe the flue pipe is kind of bend is not straight I suggested flue pipe needs to be straight I explained the customer and I gave quote for customer he is not going to repair it Collected $89 evaluation fee and $124 diagnostic fee total $213 on C.C.
Inspected geo system. Found system locked out on hp. Reset system and tested found actuator to not be operating properlly making a grinding noise. Actuator needs replacement. Took out actuator and opened manually. Also flushed line in and out at strainer and cleared any debris. Found system to have 45 psi outgoing and 65 psi incoming. Unit needs to be back flushed to clear any debris blocking unit. Unit is running heat and heating. Will return when repairs are qouted.
Inspected all systems for heating maintenance. Inspected and documented all findings. Tested all motors for proper rotation. Found unit 1 to have deteriorated transformer and a capacitor that is not reading proper mf. Unit still operating just best to replace before problem arises. All filters changed. Maintenance complete
Upon arrival I found boiler off, water pressure at 20psi at 60 degrees. Started boiler and found water pressure increased to about 30psi at 130 degrees. Removed all water from boiler and adjusted PRV for 12psi. Returned power to boiler and watched as it cycled on and off from the high limit at least 8 times, water pressure never rose higher than 20psi, which is more than enough for this size house. Checked water pressure in and out and water temp in and out. Normal water flow. Verified all radiators are getting hot and heat is circulating back to boiler normally. PRV was set too high to start, as boiler reached temp the pressure rose too high for pressure relief. Once I adjusted PRV for normal rate the boiler started operating normally.
On arrival replace given board ,then tested system ,unit didn't work .called tech support and found that fan inverter board it needs replacement.unit is not operating normal.
Upon arrival I found variable speed pump not running and controller reading LIN Phase error. Found normal high voltage to controller but not sending voltage to pump. Shut off power, checked ohms of motor and found they were normal, no issues with wiring or phase that I can tell so I returned power to controller and pump. Variable speed pump started operating normally and backup pump shut down as it should. Monitored pumps for some time and found no errors once reset, psi rate is normal, volts and amps are normal. Went to each system on computer to reset any faults and found Market 1 system keeps locking out on high/low pressure. Restaurant doesnâ€™t open until 2 and I cannot get access to verify problem. Speculating a bad belt or clogged water filter screen. Need to address this issue but cannot access space until 2.
Will come back out tomorrow since wrong part was ordered through amazon. Will collect the 195 when we return to install the right part.
Up on arrival performed winter maintenance on 01/17/2020. Tested thermostat for operation, tested RTU 1 for operation. Changed 4 air filter 20x20x2 , changed belt A48. Checked all electrical components, took delta T . Condenser coil and evaporator coil are clean. System operating normal at this time.
Replace expansion tank on boiler system Replace prv and t&p valve on boiler. Will collect remaining balance tomorrow when job is complete.
Indoor head units blower motor has bearings that are beginning to seize up. The fan blade does not spin freely or easily. It makes undesirable noises during its operation. I called senior tech to verify warranty status. Unit is covered by 2 year parts and labor warranty. I completed a parts order form and a customer follow up form.
Vacuum condensate drain line on hvac unit so it stops going through the vents.
Up on arrival for no heat call on 01/15/2020. Found thermostat was working but not sending signal to the unit . Took thermostat off connect r with w unit came on. Itâ€™s faulty thermostat. Put new thermostat unit came on . System operating normal at this time.
Replaced reversing valve on multi zone mini split system. Removed entire charge, removed old reversing valve, installed new one. Pressure tested with nitrogen up to 300psi and held, no leaks found. Vacuumed system for about 1.5 hours to get 600 micron. Added factory charge of 20lbs then returned power to unit and cycled heat on all indoor heads. Added 15lbs to bring charge up to 35lbs total. Measured pressures and temps, measured delta air temps. Unit is operating normal.
Up on arrival installed tuv bter light . Tested system. System operating normal at this time.
Replace faucet cartridge Replace diverter. Shower will not shut off due to bad valve body. Customer has pre-paid for shower diverter replacement.
Service call on 01/15/20 On arrival customer explained to me what happened I checked the unit no water also no water water heater pan no condensation in the unit I understand has problems some of the plumbing pipe leak water I scheduled the customer between 2 to 6 pm for plumbing technician come back out to find the problem or the leak. No payment collected by Darlene.
Replaced controle board unit now running properlly.
Inspected systems for heat maintenance. Inspected and documented each unit in heat test mode. Documented all amp draws and unit info. Inspected all lines and units for deterioration. Changed all filters in all units and returns. Found units to be heating properly. Units covered in insulation. Insulation found on exhaust lines heating up cleaned all insulation off lines. Inspected outdoor units and found 75 if capacitor to be us try and corroding best to replace before issues arise. Maintenance complete.
Replace wax ring and bolts on toilet and drain clean on sink. Paid $122.50 for cartridge replacement. Will collect the remaining $122.50 when job is complete.
Fall pm on 01/14/20 On arrival I sanded the flame rectification probe and checked burner arrangement the ignitor homes out to be in good condition checked all other electrical connections checked zoning dampers set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain cleaned checked filter needs to be replaced checked blower motor checked all other electrical connections checked temp rise DT 47 made for 35-65 unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Recommended Duct cleaning also Uv lights installation and Ez trap installation to avoid future problems customer like to do zoning dumpers repair and Duct cleaning I ordered zoning dampers also customer schedule for duct cleaning on 01/21/20 Collected $499 full of duct cleaning and $501.00 for zoning dampers repair deposit total $1000.00 on C.C on file.
