Installed Low Flow Center Reservoir on Units that serve right side of house. Had to drain loop, cut piping, Fuse in adapters, connect piping to flow center and reservoir, then flush loop and check for leaks. Found no leaks so we added fluid to reservoir and tested pumps. Removed any additional air from system and returned power to units. Ran pumps again and ran units in heat to test. Normal operation.
Arrived onsite to inspect geo system for fall maintenance. Inspected unit water flow in and out. Documented all findings.inspected all motors for proper rotation and amp draw. Found system running properly. Maid onsite was point of contact left info for estimates with the maid.
Fall pm on 09/19/19 On arrival I sanded the flame rectification probe and checked burner arrangement the ignitor homes out to be in good condition checked all other electrical connections set the unit to call for heat measured supply and return air checked temp rise DT 52 *F made for 40 to 70 degrees checked voltage and amps checked blower motor checked coil checked air filter customer doesnâ€™t have one I sold her one from the truck and replaced checked condenser drain pipe and cleaned checked all other electrical connections unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Recommended duct cleaning and Uv lights installation also single or hole house surge protector. I collected $63.75 for aprilaire air filter model #413 replaced. APRILAIRE AIR FILTER MODEL #413
Upon my arrival I found the drain line was full of water and water was sitting in the evaporator coil drain pan as well. I surmised it had to be very clogged in the homemade u trap. I spoke with service manager and the customer about installing an EZ Trap condensate assembly with built in safety device. By installing this I could cut out the old trap and replace with EZ Trap. I cut old trap out and it was clogged like plaque in arteries. I installed EZ Trap and wired it in. I poured lots of water through the pan to make sure it drained from there with no leaks. I showed the customer how to use the brush. Unit operating normal.
Upon arrival I found both systems locked out on water flow. Checked water filter for loop and found it to be mostly black and clogged. Hooked up hose and bucket to port and flushed out filter. Debri from pipes came out as well. Purged each unit as well. Returned power to units and ran ac. Measured deltas and checked operation. Both units operating normal. Warranty to PM per Alex, called Darlene and asked her to put a permanent note in for us to clear filter every pm.
Service call on 08/26/19 on arrival set units to call for cooling measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain checked outdoor condenser unit checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked compressor capacitor measured pressure and temp measured subcooling and superheat unit operating normal I see water but the water is not coming out from the unit from the condenser drain line I was explained to the customer customer needs rerun the drain line near to the fence I gave quote for customer accepted rerun the drain line and tested with water water running out normal unit operating normal at this time Collected $425 to rerun the drain line and tested dispatch fee waved total $425 on C.C Rerouted the condenser drain pipe tested
Upon my arrival I pressurized the ground loop to 65 psi. I then checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. I checked the air filters for each unit and they are not ready to be replaced. By winter they should be replaced. Coils and blower wheels are clean. I cleaned the condensate pans and drain lines and ran hot water to flush the debris and to check for any leaks and for proper drainage. I operated each unit on second stage cooling mode and checked pressure drops and heat of rejection and cooling across the evaporator coils. Both units are operating normal. Unit #1 has an Intellistart Module already installed. I recommend adding one to unit #2.
On arrival found system operating normal,found unit is leaking at the male adapter where it connects to drain pan .replaced male adopter and tested drain .no leak .tested fan ,checked pressures .unit operating normal
Service call on 06/21/19 On arrival set unit to call for cooling checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps measured supply and return air temp checked air filter checked condenser drain checked out door unit checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked compressor capacitor checked pressure and temp is ideal indicating zero leaks customer explained to me the old filter when his change it was bad on that time the line set got freezing up bc the filter is bad that was the problem I checked the filter is cleaned check all other electrical connections also subcooling unit operating normal at this time I was stayed for 30 minutes unit running with out any problems Collected $50 trip fee and $98.60diagnostic fee total $147.74 on check #4116 also highly recommended duct cleaning I gave quote for customer he is going out for 1 week when his comes back he will call us to schedule for duct cleaning.
On arriva found attic unit has a clogged drain ,cleaned it .also checked system pressure and found it low on refrigerant.customer preferred to add freon instead of leak search .i added 1 lbs of 410a ,system is operating Normal at this time .unit is 13 years old and could have other problems in the future .recommended replacement.
Upon arrival I was told multiple repairs were made on system in the past few weeks and unit is still not cooling. During diagnostics I checked AHU and found no problems. Called for ac and put gauges on to find 150psi suction and 500psi discharge, almost 0degree Superheat and very high subcooling. Removed some refrigerant from system to bring pressures down to 123psi suction 230psi discharge, 12 degree Superheat, 9 degree subcool, 21 degree delta air temp. Unit operating normal at this time. System was overcharged and going off on high pressure.
I found unit not cooling with 12-14 degrees. I applied my refrigerant gauges and pressures were low. I isolated the txv sensing bulb to test and rule it out. I then performed electronic leak search and found leaking valve stems. I tightened all valve stems put caps with rubber inside of them and added 2lb 8oz of refrigerant to achieve 10-12 degrees subcooling, 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil and normal refrigerant pressures. Unit operating normal.

Trip fee Clean out ez trap on hvac
I operated both units on heating and cooling mode. Unit #1 is a gas furnace with air conditioning. Unit #2 is a heat pump. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all were within specification except for the blower motors voltage absorption system for unit #1, which was replaced. I had normal temperature rise for gas heating, #1. Unit #2 had normal heating and I tested the auxiliary heat strips as well. I replaced the Aprilaire #213 filter in the attic for unit #2 and installed an Aprilaire upgrade kit #413 in unit #1. Both 7 itâ€™s in cooling mode had 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coils. Coils, indoors and outdoors are clean alas well as the blower wheels. Refrigerant pressures were normal for both units. Unit #1 uses r22 refrigerant and unit #2 uses r410a refrigerant. At this time there are no apparent refrigerant issues. I ran water through the drains and both drained properly. There is a pan switch in the attic. Both units are operating normal.

I cleaned the condensate pan and drain lines and ran hot water to flush the debris and to make sure it drained properly and that the condensate pump was ejecting the water. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. I operated the unit on second stage cooling mode and recorded 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. Installed Aprilaire Upgrade Kit with Filter #413. Unit operating normal.
Upon arrival I went to system and found loop pressure reading 2psi static. Shut off units and installed Automatic Water Valve. Installed water valve between buffer tank and loop, connecting hose to exiting side of flow center. Routed hoses behind water pipes so it isnâ€™t obstructing anything. Made sure to flush out any sediment at the bottom of tank before hooking up water hose. Meter at 296.155 before pressurizing. Opened up water valves and ran flow center pumps to circulate all water, then burped pumps to get rid of any air. After pressurizing, Meter reading 297.160, static loop pressure at 58psi. 1 gallon was added during setup.

Also customer she needs a quote to move the heater from the walls and puch it.
Upon arrival installed new ga19.also installed black pipes .
On arrival found floor dry, custOmer explained to me what happened.found humidifier water panel clogged up ,water panel need replacement .also installed wet switch .also noticed black pipe not insulated .need to ordered humidifier panel and insulation for geo pipes .unit operating normal at this time .
On arrival found system was locked on wet switch safety .customer informed me that yonas had asked him for a map cause he spilled water in the mechanical room.i then reset the switch .units are operating normal.
