HAd Supreme Air install a brand new furnace at the residence in Nov. for a total cost of $3,600 in OCt. 2018. Thought that they would be a reasonable resource when the air conditioner needed service. I suggested that the tenant call them, when she noticed that there was so much water in the dish that took the condensate from the air unit. Was shocked to get a bill for $373.00 for such a simple job. Will go elsewhere for future service calls.

Unit is operating but we need to return with correct set of 1 &1/4 flanges. The top flange is leaking through the metal itself. The leak is very minimal but needs to be fixed. It is my fault I ordered the wrong set of flanges to begin with. I ordered 1&1/2. It should take me only 1&1/2 hours to complete the repairs. The unit is heating for the time being.
On arrival found system not operating found feeder valve wired incorrectly and boiler was empty .i then corrected wiring mistake and replaced thermostat.also opened the sight glass valves to monitor water level .unit is operating normal at this time
Need to replace a Bell and Gossett circulator Pump and flange. Water is pouring out of the flange and pump body. The boiler is not operating at this time. The pump has been isolated so itâ€™s not currently leaking water. I completed a commercial quote sheet and will submit it to the office to process ASAP. Customer has not received or lost the estimates made by Colin and would like those sent over as well. I took pictures of the pump and recorded the model number.
Upon arrival I found neither unit heating at all, using only electric heat. Found W at thermostat for unit 1, bar area, not connected properly at thermostat. Removed wire, respliced, then reconnected. Heater pack calling now but disconnect wasnâ€™t feeding any voltage. Electrician came and fixed disconnected, once power was sent to heater pack it started operating. Also found blower relay on heat side, low speed, wasnâ€™t phased correctly and running backwards. Corrected and tested all fan speeds. Then went to unit 2, dining area, and found blower running and heater pack contactor pulled in but pulling very low amps. Switched wires for phase by swapping L1 and L3, returned power and heater now pulling 35amps, too high for 20amp breaker. Electrician replaced breaker with 35amp so we can run heater pack at 100%. In summary, bother Heater breakers should be replaced with 40amp, new wires need to be run, unit 1 disconnect should be replaced, and unit 2 needs to add a disconnect.
Up on arrival on no heat call found inducer fan motor is very loud and sounds like itâ€™s grounding, board is giving out deferent codes every time I cycle power. Board and inducer fan motor needs to be replaced.
Up on arrival on no heat call found unit 2. Had missed wired at unit and thermostat. On unit number 1 found disconnected that is bad for electric heater.
Tuneup special on 11/01/19 On arrival I sanded the flame rectification probe and checked burner arrangement the ignitor homes out to be in good condition checked all other electrical connections set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain has multiple problems drain pipe has leaks also is clogged needs to be cleaned and repair the drain pipe cleaned also needs to be installed ez trap to avoid future problems checked filter never be replaced is rusted to air filter needs to be replaced on time r checked blower motor needs to be cleaned checked all other electrical connections checked temp rise DT 52 made for 40-70 unit tested unit operating normal at this time on heat mode. Recommended Drain pipe repair also ez trap installation & Evaporator coil needs to be cleaned and DUCT Cleaning and and blower wheel cleaning to run the unit on Ac mode normal. I explained the customer what I found and what
Upon arrival customer explained that most of church wasnâ€™t getting heat. Found both boilers not feeding water to radiators because of low water pressure. PRV Valve for boiler 1 was stuck, released with manual control and it regulated pressure normally afterwards. Quoting customer to replace PRV on boiler 2 because it is leaking and will not feed unless manually overridden. Found boiler 1 operating normal after bleeding air out. Boiler 2 also has leak on sight glass and gate valves in tank, quoting to replace. Finally I found thermostat for Sunday school not wired properly, corrected, and other thermostat is going bad (leaking mercury, quoting to replace). Both boilers are operating at this time but boiler 2 needs PRV valve replaced, sight glass with gate valves replaced, and thermostat on left side hallway replaced (mercury type).
On arrival found system not operating normal,found bad thermostat,also found bad gas valve .unit is about 30 years old , recommended replacement vs repair .customer is scheduled for an estimate on Friday

Replace 50 gallon natural gas water heater new shut off valve and expansion tank. Snake line for laundry sink. Everything went smooth for installation and snaking of line.
Main line drain cleaning. Per Denny. Main line was clogged. Pulled back roots and tea bags and cloth like materials. Drains good now. Toilet also needs replacement. Would also a suggest doing a main line replacement.
Garbage disposal is not functional tried to reset it but itâ€™s locked up itâ€™s making the sound like itâ€™s running but the motor is not running the blades. Time to replace. Found no issues at utility sink everything flows fine and no leaks anywhere. 59.00 will be deducted from balance when she schedules.
When I arrived, I inspect the indoor unit and the outdoor unit I noticed that the Freon was low on the outdoor condenser 410A Freon I recommend that the unit be filled to the right pressure for satisfactory I also recommended a membership plan. Fill unit with Freon mr. John signed up for membership as well. Unit is running well delta T is 55
Space is a church, needs to be billed commercial. Upon arrival found indoor unit running, supply air temp 82 degrees. Inspected outdoor unit and found compressor and condenser fan not running. Supply voltage good, capacitor completely failed. Replaced capacitor and system operational. Amp draws within range on outdoor unit and indoor unit operating with 17 degree temp split on return and supply air (82 return and 65 supply). Parts used: 1 x 45/5 dual run capacitor. Customer interested in commercial service agreement, return visit needed to gather unit information.

Cut sections of condensate lines to modify, extended condensate lines to walls and out to edge of concrete pad into parking lot. Attached photos, nobody on location.
On arrival found thermostat needs batteries .customer used his batteries.unit is back on normal
On arrival set unit to call for cooling.found system pressures low .possibilty of refrigerant leak .unit is operating slightly above freezing.could freeze again anytime.
Replace voltage absorption system and remove excess refrigerant charge and install valve stem caps. Upon my arrival suction and discharge pressures were very high and unit had 23 degrees subcooling designed for 10 degrees. The dual run capacitor was also extremely hot because both sides values were way below specification, the fan motor side was rated for 5uf and at 1.2uf. I also noticed that there were no valve stem caps on either line. I called the customer and they approved the repair. Voltage absorption system was replaced with 35/5uf dual run capacitor. I pulled 8oz r410a refrigerant our of the unit which brought the operating pressures to normal range with 10 degrees subcooling and 20 degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. Unit operating normal.
Upon arrival I found thermostat off. Called for ac and checked refrigerant charge, suction pressure dropping. Unit has negative subcool and normal Superheat, system not rejecting heat. Shut off ac and removed blower panels. Found blower running backwards. Rewired phase at disconnect for blower. Returned power to unit and tested blower. Now running in normal direction so I checked refrigerant charge. 4 degree subcool, normal Superheat. Installation manual asking for 9-13 degree subcool. Added 10oz to system to bring subcool to 11 degrees, Superheat 13. Unit operating normal and indoor temp lowering. Customer then approached me about the other system that needs condenser coil cleaning. He asked that we do not clean coil because they are looking to replace that system too. Informed office.
On arrival found transformer tripped .found a short at g and c wire .corrected wires .also found bad thermostat.replaced thermostat.unit is operating normal at this
Checked AHU wiring and found a signal to the condenser. Found electrical components hanging on the outside of the AHU. Need to be put into a box, see photo. Found the condenser tripped on high head pressure. The way the unit is designed, the expelled air does not go up but sideways. The hot air is going right back into the condenser coil. If you leave the door open it helps but more on just the one side. Recommend putting in a chain link fence instead of the solid fence. The right side fan motor went out on internal overload because of the heat buildup. The motor did reset but the windings get weaker ever time this happens. Recommend changing out the motor also.
The main ballrooms condenser unit had tripped on high pressure. I applied my refrigerant gauges and reset the pressure switch and had normal operating pressures for r22 refrigerant as well as normal superheat. One of the outdoor fan motors voltage absorption system was not reading any value. I replaced the voltage absorption system and properly dressed the electrical wires within the unit and restored power. I also tightened and secured all cabinet doors on the exterior of the unit. Unit operating normal. Materials: 1) round 5uf run capacitor
Suck out sump pump and fix small leak on clean out
