Supreme Air provided excellent service when my air conditioner stopped functioning properly. After receiving a diagnosis from another, well-known company that my AC was leaking refrigerant and needed to be replaced, I called Supreme Air asking for a second quote on a new unit. They came out for a free estimate and told me that this company's assessment was wrong--my AC was NOT leaking refrigerant and did NOT need to be replaced. A technician was sent out for a more extensive assessment and quickly determined the real problem of a broken TXV meter. The part was ordered and another technician came out to replace it. All three people I encountered with Supreme Air were knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy. I am so grateful to them for quickly identifying the issue with my AC system, saving me thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend Supreme Air to anyone looking for an honest assessment of their HVAC needs.

Upon arrival customer informed me that outdoor unit wasn’t running, indoor blower is running. During diagnostics we went to condenser and checked voltage. Found 2/3 legs had power, checked fused disconnect and found fuse 2 (30amp) bad. Drove to Lowe’s across the street to pick up fuses. Returned and replaced all 3 30amp fuses. Returned power to the system and ran ac. Measured voltage, amperage, and unit operation. Suggest replacing 2 pole 30fla contactor because it is slightly burnt as well as replacing 5mfd run capacitor that is slightly out of spec. Found system to be operating normal with a 24 degree delta at this time.
Cut drywall look for leaks

Upon arrival I was told that both systems were still leaking water. During diagnostics I started with top floor system and ran ac. Found wood around base of system is still damp but inside of unit is dry. Continued to run ac and pour water down pan and didn’t see any evidence of water. Informed customer this may have been residual dampness from original leak. Then went to main floor system in the basement and found emergency pan full of water. Removed water and ran ac to find blower motor not coming on. G terminal getting 24volts, I can hear Relay clicking over, but no high voltage being fed to blower and Evap coil freezing up. Used jumper to make blower run 24/7 so I could test ac and drain operation. Found pan leaking at the corner. Removed paneling and found A Coil is not level. We installed furnace in the winter. Leveled coil with cork because that’s all I had to keep it properly level. When we return to replace control board we will need to bring thicker brackets to keep coil
On arrival both units’ condensate drain clogged and systems leaking water. Installed ez traps on both systems and cleaned condensate drains on both systems. Both systems now operating normal.
