Service was on time. Technician was on-time and did a great job.
Doug - Ellicott City, MD
Chris quickly had my warranty replacement part installed and tested and then helped me set up a new thermostat, since he could see the old one wasn't accurately sensing the room temperature. He was patient and knowledgable and explained that Carrier would continue to cover parts under warranty for 10 years from the date of installation. His assistance with the thermostat set up solved a long-standing source of frustration.

E&CW - Ellicott City, MD
We have always been thrilled with our service. However, this last time, the technician was young and inexperienced. He asked me questions repetitively and couldn’t keep track of what I told him. Most of those questions are things he should have been able to answer for himself. He was also here about 3x longer than usual! Disappointed.

Cox - Ellicott City, MD
Mary - Ellicott City, MD
The maintenance technician for the heating system didn’t seem too knowledgeable. When he checked the attached central humidifier, he told me it was not working and needed $600+ in repairs; the unit only cost $500 installed a few years ago. I think he broke it.
Tien - Ellicott City, MD
The technician took too long to do his job. I was charged for two hours of service when in fact the job can be done in about an hour. I had Supreme Air did my initial installation of my Trane system in October 2009 and they did not register the product. Therefore, I was not able to get the 10 years part warranty.
Happy with the service provided
Eugenio - Ellicott City, MD

I thought initially there was a refrigerant issue until I went indoors and put the thermostat into test mode. I ran heat pump heat and the indoor blower was not operating. I tested fan from the thermostat and it was not operating. The fan would come on when the auxiliary heat strips came on but otherwise it was not working. The installers had wired the green wire from the outdoor unit into the air handler. I unwrapped green wire from the thermostat bundle and wired it in and cycled the unit. The blower began operating in heat pump mode. Unit heating with 25+ degrees temperature rise and pressures of 105/330, which match the heating check data plate. Unit operating normal. I called senior technician to le5 them know the issue and that it has been resolved.
