I replaced both air filters with ones provided by the customer. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems including the auxiliary heat strips, all are within specification. I pressurized the ground loop to 65psi. I recorded actual heat of extraction for each unit. Both units are operating at the highest capacity possible. Both units are operating normal. I noticed the HWH expansion tank is ruptured and showed the customer. I also noticed that there is no form of electrical surge protection and I recommended a whole house surge protector, one installed on each main service panel.
Drain clean on tub just tightened drain port.
Arrived to inspect unit in heat test mode to verify proper operation. Inspected all system operations in heat test mode and documented. Customer would like to up date her water heater. Wasnâ€™t able to set up date today for consultation. She will contact customer needs a follow up.
Up on arrival performed fall maintenance. Checked air filter ( 16x20x1 ) it was new. Checked all the electrical components. Found inducer motor was rated 1.35 amps it was amping at 1.4amps . Recommend to customer to replace inducer motor, customer said that sheâ€™s looking in to replacing the system soon . Checked unit for operation. Unit operating at this time
3 elongated toilet bowl kits, 4 toilet seats, drain clean urinal in shop area, will tighten toilet down more. Itâ€™s slightly lose. Finished quoted work. Tested works great.
Gave estimate on job for toilet replacements and toilet seat replacements. Could not get ahold of anybody to get a cc for the file. Will need to collect for visit and submit the estimate so it can also be approved once we have card on file.

Upon arrival turned thermostat to cooling and checked furnace. Outdoor unit was pumping refrigerant but indoor blower motor not running. Checked line of power, tstat is sending signal to fan and board is sending voltage to fan. Capacitor is still in spec. Blower motor has failed, need to replace it. Contacted customer and gave quote, customer interested in cost of new unit, current unit old and issues more and more. Contacted Ashley and scheduled comfort advisor for tomorrow 12-2.
When I arrived I talked with mr. Jacob about his system on the second floor about unit not reaching set point temperature. So what I did was change the fan speed from auto to 3rd speed he was happy about that you can hear the fan a little more then thermostat being set to auto. Mr. Jacob is going to insulate around the access to the attic heat is coming down from attic a little in hallway where the thermostat is and see how that works.
Checked wiring and connections. Checked the air filter. Checked the drain pan, trap and condensate pump. Amped all motors. Checked unit and thermostat operation.

I replaced the filters with ones provided by the customer. I cleaned the condensate pans and drain lines and ran water to make sure it drained properly and that the basement condensate pump was working properly. I operated the units on second stage cooling mode and confirmed proper flow rates and heat of rejection for each unit. I pressurized the ground loop to 65psi. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. Both units are operating normal. Customer recently sealed the basement floor and wanted an estimate to clean and sanitize the duct work. I also recommended adding Intellistart Modules to each units compressor circuit to take the strain of start up off the compressors. I gave the customer estimates for these items.
On arrival checked thermostat was calling For cooling. Checked voltage, amps, electrical connections, capacitor, contactor, temp coming in, leaving temp,filter(clean). Also clean condenser coil.
Replace poly pipe with cpvc in basement and 2 bathrooms will need to come back tomorrow evening and finish tying 2nd bath in
I replaced the gas valve but still have the same problem has another problem Replaced the board have problems with the limit switch replace the limit switch tested checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps measured supply and return air unit operating normal at this time.

On arrival found system not heating normal,found bad gas valve. Checked incoming gas pressure 6.67inwc and also Gas valve had 24v .need to replace gas valve.unit not operating.customr paid in full

I had line voltage and low voltage but 0 volts between r and c on the thermostat contacts. I triple checked everything and installed the old board and the unit operates. I installed it once more and replaced the fuse but still no low voltage at thermostat contacts. I called Matt and Donna to let them know. Matt to reorder the part. I have the defective part to return. Let customer know the situation and that the office would call ASAP when the part comes in. Upon arrival today I saw the igniter glowing after the furnace had stopped heating, as was described by the customer. I replaced the control board and secured wires with zip ties. I cycled the unit from the thermostat and am happy to report that the unit is operating normal.

Upon arrival I was told that main office wasnâ€™t heating. Customer also informed me that 2/3 make up air units arenâ€™t heating. During diagnostics I called for heat and went to roof. Found office RTU was running in ac and unit frozen up. Found thermostat wires jumped together. Wired correctly and tested system. Unit is straight ac with electric heat as primary heat. Tested electric heat and measured amp draw. Let system continue to run and found no additional problems. Went to Captive Aire units and found both blower motors were running backwards, not letting pressure switch close. Switched wires for 3 phase motors so they spun in other direction. Returned power to units and let them cycle naturally with controller. Found normal operation after rewiring. Units operating normal. Customer showed me problem areas but left site before finishing. Couldnâ€™t get signature because I couldnâ€™t find either contact in warehouse. Set all fresh air units for 55 heat on and 62 heat off.
The customer explained to me that on several occasions they had passed by the furnace and the igniter was glowing continuously, even though there was no call for heat and the inducer motor was off. Customer thought the igniter was the problem but I explained that the furnace control board is beginning to fault. Even though it did not do this in front of me, the customer knows the equipment and i have seen very similar problems once a short develops in the control board circuit. Customer paid for the repair in full. I completed a parts order form. A technician needs to return as soon as the part is available to replace the board.
I operated the unit on heating mode. Previously the blower speeds had to be switched so I was interested to make sure that the unit was moving the correct amount of air in heating mode. Temperature rise was within comfort range and cfm was just over 1,000. Blower speeds are set correctly. I set gas pressure to 3.5 from 3.67. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. I replaced the filter with one provided by the customer. The unit is operating normal. Customer is waiting until the spring to add a hard start kit to the condenser unit. I will resend an estimate for this repair even though it has no impact during heating it is one of the more highly recommended repairs.
