Donna scheduled our appointment and was able to get someone to us in a time frame that accommodated my kid's schedule. Danny came out to assess the problem. I felt he was thorough and up front about what was wrong and what options we had. He did an excellent job. I dont care for the pressure sales technique used, I dont blame the service man, that's clearly a company policy. I'd rather do without it. I have no comparison for pricing but it seemed reasonable to a little high. He did stay focused on trying to get us heat as soon as possible and offered several options to try and work with us on budget

FP2 sensor is not reading correctly at all and is causing the system to lockout. I called WF tech support to confirm my findings. I completed a parts order form and a customer follow up form. Customer paid $97.25 today.
I replaced the back flow valve that was leaking on the bottom cube unit, water out from the desuperheater. I checked for leaks and there are none. I noticed the water flow zone valve is leaking on the package geo unit. I completed a parts order form. This should be replaced at the same time the water leak in the geo pipe is fixed because it will require two people and a flush cart.
Up on arrival for no heat call on 01/21/2020. Found system in the basement is not heating. Opened panel found blower motor came off the rails and one rail is half way hanging. Also blower motor wheel broken . Customer requests estimate for new system and asking for Phil. Called dispatcher to book appointment for tomorrow morning between 9am to 11 am on 01/22/2020.

ST only picked up 3 months of SA since card was declining but owes for 6 months in total.
Upon arrival I found basement unit and first floor (office) units locked out on water flow. Put water gauge on systems and found normal pressure drop and temperatures. Reset units by cycling power and both units started operating normal. Measured heat extraction rate and delta air temps. Both operating normal. Systems needed power cycled since loop flush the other day. Didnâ€™t notice because customer had fire going in house and thermostats were satisfied during previous service.
Upon arrival I was told that master bedroom unit wasnâ€™t working, also customer noticed a water leak. Found master bedroom system locking out on high pressure. Went to AHU and found it isnâ€™t running at all but has full high and low voltage. Went back to Cube and found ABC and AXB boards communicating but cannot add AHB board for air handler operation. Called tech support and spoke to Bill, he informed me that I need the newest version of aid tool or symphony in order to add this control board. While I waited for coworker to drop off correct aid tool I looked into water leaks, found 2. First is on the 1inch Pvc type pipe for loop water. Do not have correct fittings to repair, need (1) 1inch 90, (2) 1inch couplings and 2ft of 1inch pipe, pictures attached to job. Second leak is at the flow check valve for upstairs Cube and is leaking at fitting, need to replace 1inch flow check valve as well as 1ft section of CPVC, need (2) male adapters and (2) 90s. Wes then arrived and gave me new a
Helped installers with new unit. Verified master bedroom and other top floor systems are operating normal. After water was slashed on master bedroom unit I had to RE-add axb Control Board to enable operation. Once I did the system started operating normally and valves opened and closed normally as well. Helped installers finish installation. Started up new unit and tested. Operating normal.
Inspected all systems for fall maintenance. Found unit for basement and first floor to not be heating properly. Found unit low on charge 2 lbs 410. Spoke with customer and he wants to fill for now and if there is still a leak my next summer season then he will fix then. recharged system 410a 2 lbs. tested system unit now heating properly job complete. Customer paid through with card on file job complete.
Up on arrival Replaced Control board condemned by previous tech. Changed the control board. Tested system for operation. System operating normal at this time .
found controls. board to not be putting voltage back to allow gas valve to send gas flow. Found controls board to be internally damaged and need replacement. Found flame sensor to be deteriorating and also looks to need replacement. Flames sensor is still working. Customers unit is very old and there going to do a new unit consultation. If they do not want to get new unit they will do the repairs. Parts ordered for controle board. If they decide to get new unit then down payment will go to full replacement.
Came by and found a small drip through the furnco. Tightened and no further leaks. I tested flow with washing machine.
Up on arrival on no heat call on 12/19/2019. Found system is working. Witnessed thermostat restart it self, checked all electrical, didnâ€™t find anything. Tested thermostat, cycled thermostat everything work normal. Called carrier tech support. Explain everything to tech support. Tech support stayed itâ€™s a faulty thermostat.
Replace 2 handle faucet Repair p trap on laundry tub itâ€™s leaking through the wing nut for the down spout.

Upon arrival I found condenser for garage system not running, locked out on low pressure. Evap coil is leaking and system is currently being quoted to be replaced. Unit does not have aux heat so system will not heat until coil or unit is replaced. I then went to other side of house and inspected geo system for master room side of top floor. Found system locked out on high pressure. Reset system and went to attic. Found filter very dirty and restricting airflow, replaced with new and unit is operating normally. Also went around to each unit and replaced filters. Per office we need to perform fall pm for customer. Finally customer mentioned they are still seeing some water downstairs near condensers. Found check valve is leaking, quoting to replace.
On arrival found all zone panels lost communication.reset all zone panels .tested all units .all units came on .added 2 lbs of 410a on guest room and recommended replacing system instead of replacing just the coil .also found 1 inch back flow valve dripping .cusomter is getting an estimate to replace entire system .
One of the bolts that holds the inducer motor onto the stabilizer was not gripping allowing the inducer to pull out from the top right corner and cause the inducer fan blade to rub against the housing. Once the problem was identified we replaced the bolt with a thicker bolt that grabbed securely. I reinstalled the inducer and cycled the unit. Inducer motor sounds as quiet as any inducer motor does and there is no rock or wobble. There are no defective parts and nothing for the customer to worry about. Unit operating normal.
Rescheduled for Saturday morning grabbed incorrect motor due to mistake mixed this job with anothers combustion motor . Showed up with incorrect motor. Correct motor left in shop. Customer doesnâ€™t have time to wait. Rescheduled with Ashley.

2 ton Heat Conroller Unit was not operating but had some refrigerant pressure. The heating txv was working properly the unit had lost most of its charge but was still under pressure. I found oils in the air coil drain pan and confirmed leak in air coil with electronic leak detector. The leak is in the coil and cannot be fixed. The coil is to be replaced. Customer signed off on the repair but the office will check for any applicable warranty credits to finalize the estimate. I did charge the unit as a courtesy to get it going until hopefully the coil is replaced but the leak is sizable and there is no way to tell. Unit #1 for the cube and â€œguest roomâ€ for the air handler.
Up on arrival performed fall maintenance on 10/31/2019. Checked thermostat for operation, checked system for operation. Took delta T , delta P. Took readings on all electrical components. Unit working good at this time. Customer requests pricing on new thermostat with WiFi and Bluetooth.
Upon arrival I replace ABC board AXB board On 7 series geothermal system I figure both boards. call for heating set to 72 unit is working normal operations.
Up on arrival found system was not working and thermostat was off. Found bad 3amp fuse on abc board. Found naked wire touching the frame of the unit. Fixing wire put new 3amp fuse in . System working properly at this time.
Arrived onsite to complete fall maintenance. Inspected unit in heat test mode to verify proper operation. Found unit to be more that 20 years old needs replacement spoke with customer and she is having surgery in the week and wants to wait till after to start thinking about repairs. I emailed follow up.
Replace cartridge on moen shower handle Install customer supplied faucet. Will have to supply, the supply lines for faucet. Finished and tested all connections no leaks after installation.

On arrival checked thermostat was calling for heating. Measured return temperature,supply temperature, amps, voltage, inspected electrical connections,blower wheel is clean, evaporator coil is clean, tested run water through condensate drain line to make sure it is not clogged, filter is clean, checked capacitor and contactor. Explain to the customer the benefits of installing a humidifier to furnace and a house surge protector. Also duct cleaning. Unit is operating normal at this time.

On arrival take the old Aprilaire Air filter install new Aprilaire Air filter model 5000 tested electronic air is operating normal at this time.
Toilet bolts lose. Will tighten bolts and see if it will stop rocking. Added shims to toilet to balance the toilet and no leaks were ever visible at the toilet. There was no reason to pull toilet due to no leaks and toilet tightened down to flange after shims were installed. Checked also the stack connection where the sanitary tee is and found no actual leak but residue from past drain cleaning is suspected issue with residue on pipe. Opened up clean out and piped doped the threads and screwed back on.
Add in studor vent Camera main line since back up is a partial clog and need to find out whether itâ€™s separation or just a clog. Tree is within the area of outside clean out has a little divet but tree and clean out. If the camera just picks up it being just clogged then will snake afterwards.
This estimate is for a approval process of buying the home. Suggesting to camera main line to find out the condition of pipe systems. Once cameraed we then can give a estimate to replace main line or to snake line. Would also line an estimate on adding in a line for a fireplace also. I took pictures of everything that needs to be addressed for the customer. Wants to see a price for all the repairs so he can present it to his realitor. Paid 59.00 trip fee and will deduct it from the job when he calls back in to schedule the appointment.

Upon arrival I went to thermostats and found both zones at setpoint 72, but humidity is in the mid 60s for both zones. Per Alex I shut off power to system and swapped thermostats from master bedroom and guest bedroom next to it. When I removed master Tstat I found large air gap where wires are fed, sealed gap with insulation so it doesnâ€™t give false humidity readings, this Tstat uses temp sensor for temperature but Tstat itself reads humidity. Guest bedroom Tstat didnâ€™t have a gap, insulation was already inside. Then I went to attic and reattached bypass duct. Calibrated bypass so customer doesnâ€™t hear air pressure. Returned power to system and programmed each thermostat. Per Alex I turned off dehumidification for guest bedroom but left it on for master, and changed settings so dehumidifier doesnâ€™t run with ac. Went to cubes in basement and found no faults or lockouts. Was asked to call Water Furnace regarding the E10 compressor monitor faults, 2 in prior service but 0 faults o

I checked the refrigerant charge. Unit has 11-12 degrees subcooling which is designed amount. I reconfigured thermostat settings to only allow dehumidication when the ac system is not operating. Unit operating normal.

I called the customer and spoke with Mr. Gore. They said they had a dinner party tonight and were unaware anyone was supposed to be coming by. They requested someone come Monday or Tuesday, Tuesday is best. I will let the dispatcher/CSR know.
Upon arrival we met Alex on site to go over issues with system. We called Aprilaire and they informed us that the way we have ducted the dehumidifier and ERU systems is correct. He had us change a few settings on dehumidifier and we also changed a few settings on Zone Panel so Fan always runs with dehumidifier and there is no fan off time when switching modes. Now dehumidifier runs with ac. Confirmed everything with Alex and he would like to see how this works. Then we went to kitchen unit and cycled on and off a few times. Airflow is balanced and we do not hear any high pressure in ducts. Tested a few times. Confirmed this is configuration of airflow with Alex.
Upon arrival I was let in by daughter but I believe she left because we couldnâ€™t find anyone when we left. Went to attic and installed automatic dampers for fresh air intake of both ERU systems. Reconnected all ducts to it and turned them on. Set up parameters to only run under 90 degrees or above 30 degrees or below 60% humidity. Per Denny we still need to install wireless outdoor temp sensors to system so it registers temperature and humidity. Kept fresh air systems off at thermostats until thatâ€™s completed. Then we connected dehumidifier back onto system and set up parameters so dehumidifier only runs when system is satisfied/off. Dehumidification will toggle fan on during running mode but cycles it off when satisfied. Tested.
