Fixed leak on Half-inch CPVC coupling underneath kitchen sink on hot side apparently glue didn’t hold or wasn’t enough
Inspected units in heat test mode to verify proper operation. Inspected pressure and temp of water lines. Inspected all motors for proper amp draw.Units running properly. Inspected humidifier and cleared drain line and humidifier is operational. Job complete
Found packing nut leaking. I took it apart and Teflon taped and pipe dope the connections and waited around for a bit to make sure there is no more leaks this turn around after turning water back on. Warranty service
Tighten packing nut on supply line to faucet in kitchen and remove soap dispenser. Tested and found no other leaks.
Fall pm on 11/18/19 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked air filter cleaned checked blower motor checked coil checked EWP and LWP also checked water temp checked all other electrical connections unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Recommended Duct cleaning And UV lights installation also single or hole house surge protector installation to avoid future problems.
Up on arrival found bad water circulation pump on WaterFurnace 7 . Called WaterFurnace tech support, spoke with tech support and verified that water pump is bad .
Replace ECM blower motor for Unit #1. Upon arrival I went to packaged 7 series unit and shut off power. Removed wiring harnesses from system then removed blower assembly from mount. Removed motor from Assembly and replaced with new. Mounted assembly with new motor into unit and wired system back together. Returned power and ran blower only on all speeds. Then tested ac and heat to make sure we had proper operation.
On arrival found system operating normal ,checked delta t. Safeties ,heat exchanger.also cleaned drain .unit operating normal at this time
ECM blower motor has line voltage and control voltage but is not operating. It tries to start up but something in the internal electrical system has become faulty and the blower will not operate. I called the customer and they approved replacement of the blower motor. I filled in a parts order form so that the motor can be ordered from Water Furnace asap. I did make sure the variable speed pump was working. Customer paid $386 today with $386 due upon completion of the repair. Customer had to leave upon my arrival. If there is a surge protector installed then disregard the estimate I will send for a whole house surge protector. Sometimes a surge can damage these motors.
Fall pm on 10/02/19 On arrival set units to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked air filter and replaced checked EWP and LWP it was low I pump it back up to 50/42 psi checked water temp checked compressor capacitor checked coil checked blower motor checked all other electrical connections in side the unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Highly recommended for Unit #1 Uv lights installation For Unit #2 Uv lights installation also duct cleaning and wet switch to avoid future problems.

Recommended Uv lights needs to be installed.
Fall pm On 09/13/19 On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked air filter cleaned checked EWP and LWP it was low I pump it back up to 67/59 psi checked water temp checked electric heat is cleaned I found connections but of the blower motor I explained the customer but customer he told me he set the thermostat the fan motor running every 15 seconds I’m suggesting to but the fan to auto to solve future problems checked all other electrical connections unit operating normal at this time. Recommended surge protector for hole house or for Geo.

Customer will be in contact wether or not she will complete the work. Upon arrival found the elements not burning or firing up. Found no humming coming from unit. Which is a clear sign of them not working if power is ran to them. Would suggest replacing the elements and go from there.
Paid 60 will talk with wife about the inspection. Upon arrival found the kitchen sink line clogged would suggest a camering due to the house being on a slab and there could be a dreakage after 35 ft.
Showers not working in basement believe screens are clogged to showerhead tighten up three toilets locate shut off valves for hose bibs attempt to flip cartridge on shower in master to reverse hot and cold Replace prv valve and check sump pump To make sure it is working correctly Replace main ball valve
I spoke with installation manager and sales person regarding the fact that the oil furnaces transformer was not producing control voltage. I was told to replace the transformer to get the unit operational. I then operated the unit on cooling mode and checked the refrigerant pressures and added 10-12oz of r410a to achieve 4-8 degrees superheat and 20+ degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. Unit operating normal.
I was talking to the customer she told me her unit is fixed she doesn’t want the service
Service call on 07/22/19 On arrival set unit to call for cooling the unit is tripped wet switch reset it checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps measured supply and return air temp checked air filter checked condenser drain line is clogged I gave quote for customer cleaned the drain line with nitrogen and vacuum the drain line she accepted the quote cleaned the drain vacuum it tested water is running out normal checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps measured supply and return air temp unit operating normal at this time collected $89 dispatch fee and $283 for cleaning the drain line with nitrogen total $372
I recovered the refrigerant, removed the sticking txv and refrigerant filter drier. I brazed in the new txv and filter drier. I pressurized with dry nitrogen to 250psi and let hold pressure and then flushed the lineset from high side to low side. I pulled the system into a <500 micron vacuum and charged the system until I had 10 degrees subcooling, normal refrigerant pressures and 23-24 degree delta temperatures across the evaporator coil. Unit operating normal. Customer paid remaining balance.
Snake main line. Main line clogged will also snake from kitchen to fully clean lines.
Upon my arrival the unit was running in cooling mode. I had 75 return and 60 supply, which is only 15 td. I went to the outdoor unit and applied my refrigerant gauges and had low suction and low discharge pressure with both high superheat and subcooling. I isolated the sensing bulb and in the process of doing that noticed a large puddle of water in the bottom of the duct under the coil. Heating and cooling the bulb resulted in little to no change of suction pressure and as the unit runs the subcooling gets higher and higher. The unit need to have the txv valve replaced. Customer approved this repair and paid $600. I completed a parts order form for the parts needed. I told the customer the office will call to schedule return visit to fix the system. The unit is operating some so customer does have some cooling in the meantime.
On arrival found system not working correctly, found system had leaked out all the refrigerant.i then presssurized system with nitrogen ,I couldn't find any leak .pressure held at 350 ,also vacuumed system and held at 500 microns .i recharged system with 67oz of 410 ,tested it ,unit operating normal
