Price quoted for replacement furnace was too high so have gone with another company. Also cost for inspection was higher than quoted. Had to pay $124 instead of $89 quoted

Supply all labor and materials to install new plumbing rough in for hand sink ( supplied by others), cap water lines & drain lines for island sink that that was deleted. Also cut and cap water & drain for kitchen sink so new cabinet can be installed as part of new sink ( fixtures & sinks supplied by others) permits not included
On arrival cleaned evaporator coil ,tested system .unit back on normal .
On arrival removed defective motor i then installed new motor,tested it ,unit operating normal.also noticed oil in the drain pan recommended leak check .
Service call on 12/02/19 On arrival set unit to call for heat nothing is comes on the inducer is not comes on also have error codes 44 which means inducer motor faults I checked electrical connections checked voltage and amps checked pressure switch also I was talk to carrier tech support I suggested to replace the inducer motor with circuit board to avoid future problems I gave option for customer also the unit is 15 years old never maintained I explained about replacing the unit customer needs quote I make quote customer he is going to decide after he is taking to his wife. Collected $124 for diagnostic fee on Check #1770
Install kitchen faucet garbage disposal dishwasher all parts are homeowner supplied valves are already in the cabinet for the waterlines and need to reconnect cooktop electric to be hooked up by others only thing I tested was the sink water lines and drain the touch part of the kitchen faucet would not work The cooktop garbage disposal and dishwasher did not have electric Did test gas line for leaks at connection I made
On arrival found system locked on high pressure,found blower motor not operating.need to replace blower motor.cutsomer didn't approve the quote at this time .
On arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical wiring ,checked thermostat,water pressure,cap,Contactor,coil which was dirty ,also checked filter.unit is operating normal at this time.
On arrival found system not operating found bad capacitor.also checked thermostats possiblity of zone 2 thermostat is bad but it s working at this time ,checked electrical ,checked zone panel .replaced bad cap .unit is operating normal at this time
I replaced the Premier Board with the updated Premier Board supplied by Water Furnace. I set all dip switches to original positions and wired everything back according to wiring diagram. I cycled the unit on first and second stage heating mode and checked temperature rise and pressure drop to make sure the loop pumps were working. I retained the faulty board to return to WF. Unit operating normal.
Last time I was here doing the maintenance I installed a Nest thermostat that the customer supplied. I had to change some common wiring inside the air handler and in doing so I inadvertently loosened the common wire for the digital humidistat. It was my fault and the call was warrantied. I called senior tech to let them know the situation. Humidistat was energized as soon as voltage was restored.
Circuit board is faulty and should be replaced. Customer believes circuit board was replaced in the past. Alex to look into this on Monday and call the customer and see what they can work out. I completed a parts order form and a follow up form.

Recommended install Uv lights for geo Unit. & Duct cleaning

Fall pm on 10/21/19 on arrival set unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked filters recommend install UV lights unit operating normal at this time.
Arrived onsite to inspect error code 13 on stat. Checked unit operation and inspected heat assembly. Found gas train to be shifted enough to not allow gas to shoot through tubes. Causing the rollout switch to trip. Shut down unit, shut down gas flow, and disconnected gas line. reposition gas train to shoot through tubes and reset rollout switch. Tested unit in heat test mode unit now running properly and heating with out error. Warranty per Alex.
Performed heating pm on both systems. Replaced provided filter. Flushed out drains. Checked cleanliness of coils and blowers. Checked capacitors and contactors. Tightened electrical connections. Ran furnace heat, geo heat, and aux heat. Found igniter close to out of spec, quoting customer to replace. Found humidifier pad worn for furnace system, quoting customer humidifier service. Finally found gate valves on water heater, quoting customer to replace with ball valves. Both units operating but repairs suggested.

Recommended Uv lights installation also wet switch and voltage absorption system (Telstar) Installation.
HUMIDIFIER CLEANING Fall pm on 10/16/19 On arrival I replaced the unit filter I sanded the flame rectification probe and checked the burner arrangement the ignitor homes out to be in good condition set the unit to call for heat measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked blower motor checked coil also customer needs humidifier service cleaned the humidifier pan replaced the pad checked electrical connections vacuum the drain line and cleaned unit tested unit operating normal at this time. Highly recommended duct cleaning also uv lights installation and Ez trap. Collected $156 for humidifier service on C.C
Up on arrival performed fall maintenance. Checked all electrical components, checked system for operation. Found blower motor assembly need new bushings , electrical air filter that we installed needed a new top filter. System working good at this time. Dispatch to follow up with customer regarding warranty coverage on bushings and electronic air cleaner
I checked the gas pressure in low and high fire. I checked thermostat operation for low and high fire. I checked temperature rise in high fire and it is within manufacturing range. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification. Unit is operating normal.
Install customer supplied Nest thermostat. I installed the thermostat and set it up for the type of system. I replaced the air filter. I checked the electrical wiring and electrical systems, all are within specification including the auxiliary heat strips. I forced defrost cycle at the outdoor unit. Temperature rise is 25-30 degrees. Unit operating normal.
On arrival checked both thermostat turn circulate air on This particular home both units circulate air doing fall and winter time. heat source is in the basement area thatâ€™s not covered by supreme air. So then I checked amps, voltage, electrical connections, blower wheel is clean, evaporator coil is dirty. condenser coil is clean, electric filter is clean. Indicator light shows filter is Midway of being ready to be change at this time. I explain to customer check in about 30 days Unit operating normal at this time. I gave three estimates. To add whatâ€™s missing search protection for both air handlers and also coil cleaning for both air handlers also. I also explain the benefits of having a UV lamp On both air handlers to kill bacteria in the system.
Will have to spend about an hr in order to properly diagnose the problem within the ceiling.not responsible for ceiling. Will give over one of our partners for ceiling repair. Once I cut into ceiling found the drain to the shower pan leaking from the grate top portion. Installed a new grate silicones the edges. Told customer to refrain from using shower till tomorrow in order for caulk to set up. I tested it without chalk works great just needs a sealant for it to force the flow of water down drain.
Upon arrival was told by customer had newly installed unit and after now has no hot water. Upon further review found pilot off at water heater. Possibly shut down gas main to house to work on hvac and didnâ€™t know water heater was also a gas appliance. Water heater was in a separate location and in a closet in the garage. Pilot is on and unit is running.
On arrival found system operating normal,no whining noise .increased fan speed to 12 to check it .i didn't hear anything.unit is operating normal
