Change out water heater tie back in geo thermal then found crack on recirculating pump that had been abandoned. cut out recirc pump tested all working properly

On arrival removed defective vs pump ,I then installed new vs pump ,flushed system .also the resetable fuse was stuck open therefore I installed none resetable fuse .tested unit operation.unit operating normal.

Came to replace de-super heater water lines connected to geothermal unit. Chris and I both re-ran all the lines for geothermal unit for de-super heater lines. Tested and works fine.

Found unit leaking inside of the dhw line also leaking out side right where pipe penetrate the unit .advised customer to keep the dhw valve closed .also custmer wants to remove copper and replace it with cpvc . CustOmer paid half .

Up on arrival performed fall maintenance . Tested all thermostats for operation, tested all units for operation, took delta T , delta P . Changed all filters ( S 213 ) all systems working good at this time

When I arrive customer explaining to me the different error code that came up on his thermostat after hooking up my Atool and running some diagnostic tests found that circulating pump wasn’t working. call Alex to see which pump to order and charge to customer and how to apply parts warranty and credit I gave coworker Collins a call to double check diagnosing the system found pump was bad. Also customer became a member pay annually paid in full for the pump. water furnace company is closed at this time unable to get a case number will have to wait until Monday.

Fall p.m still warm outside system was calling for cooling Measure supply and return air check voltage amps inspect electrical connections checked drain filter was good recommend it filter to be change your next visit. Called dispatch saw charge for $16.66 for membership in my invoice found out customer change card information months ago. Dispatch talk with Miss Jackie right now about this I remove customer sign for PM service.

Came out checked water heater could not find obviously leak did notice grunfus pump for geothermal on top of heater was corroded with calcium tightened up nut on flange Dried the water out of the pan advise customer to keep an eye on it and have to go from there

I reconfigured the thermostat to these settings. - I took scheduling off, which can be enabled and edited from the phone app or thermostat by the customer at any point - I confirmed thermostat was reading the correct temperature several times - I increased dehumidication to 54% from 46% and set cooling overshoot allowance from 5 degrees to 1 degrees. I cycled the system several times to check for proper sequencing. I ran unit in cooling mode and hooked up my gauges and read subcooling of 10 degrees. The refrigerant is exactly to specification. I found the unit to be operating normal. *I did observe a fault recorded on the thermostat and was told of the same fault by the customer. I advised customer to please call us back in the event that it occurs again.

On arrival found system with 17 degrees split across evaporator coil. Thermostat reading 75, set to 68, system had been running all day. Checked air temp at thermostat and air temp actually 71.6. Need to replace thermostat, carrier cor tstat. Return visit scheduled with Ashley while on site for tomorrow 10-2. Insulated section of duct that was not insulated and sealed up where customer found air coming through duct; around line set, condensate line, and other corners of ductwork.

Replaced inverter board on outdoor unit. Restarted tstat through new installation and tstat mmunicated with outdoor unit. After restarting tstat system up and running and cooling.

Replaced Tstat and indoor board. Communication between the stat and indoor unit is working but outdoor unit fails to communicate despite having normal led lights. I called tech support to confirm this. Need to return with inverter Board ASAP. I called Installation manager to let them know. I tried to call the customer but was unable to reach them.

The control board inside the attic units air handler is faulty. It was after hours so tech support is unavailable. I also had the thermostat faulting under a few different menu items. It’s best to replace them both. I added the air handler equipment to the equipment list. I took a photo of the data plate and took a photo of the thermostat part number. Unit installed last year, around this time of the year. Covered under Supreme Air 2 year full warranty. Sending customer a quote for 2 whole house surge protectors.

Spring Pm On 05/09/19 On arrival set unit to call for cooling measured supply and return air temp measured voltage and amps inspected electrical connections checked drain and cleaned checked filter and replaced checked water pressure and temp checked compressor capacitor it was low I suggested replacing now to avoid future problems I gave quote for customer also UV lights the UV lights customer have the bulbs is out he needs simple access I explained the one I have the blue tube UV lights customer he likes it. replaced the compressor capacitor and Blue Tube UV lights installation start up the unit began operating very smoothly without any hesitating or lag check UV lights and all other electrical connections unit tested unit operating normal at this time.
